These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by Y9VPN. Before using the service, please review its scope, billing rules, and refund terms. If you have questions, contact support through a ticket in the user panel.
Service Scope
Y9VPN provides international routes and companion client software, covering 90+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended for lawful cross-border access. Available routes are shown in the user panel. Coverage does not mean that any third-party website, tool, or content region will always be available.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on each activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Before choosing, review the plans page and your order details.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password, subscription details, and login session secure. Do not share your subscription URL or access credentials with others. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a user panel support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, provided they are owned by or authorized for use by the account holder. An unlimited device count does not permit account sharing with others. Without authorization, you may not resell, rent out, or publicly distribute an account or subscription, or offer it as a public access service for other users.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their use, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. You may not use this service for illegal activities, including fraud, violating another person's privacy, distributing unlawful content, infringing intellectual property rights, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.
You may not carry out network attacks or malicious scans, send spam, or disrupt the service or other users' connections through automated abuse or similar conduct. Users are responsible for their own use and for the content they publish or transmit. Network acceleration does not replace third-party platform account eligibility, content authorization, or regional requirements.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Your connection experience depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, route maintenance, and the status of the destination service. Y9VPN does not guarantee a fixed speed, fixed latency, or continuous access to every third-party service. If you encounter a connection issue, first check your local network and client settings, then report the selected region and any error message.
Maintenance, upstream network changes, or events beyond our control may result in route changes or temporary interruptions. Y9VPN does not control content, charges, or account decisions made by third-party platforms. These terms do not exclude service responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit rights users are entitled to under applicable law.
Refunds and Payment Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket and include order details that allow us to verify the transaction. You do not need to provide a reason. Do not include your login password or full payment credentials in a ticket.
Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund processing involves order verification and the payment provider's procedures; updates will be shared through the support ticket. No additional refund arrival timeframe is promised on this page. The refund terms apply alongside any consumer rights provided by law and are not canceled by other statements of responsibility on this page.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of illegal use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, Y9VPN may suspend or terminate the relevant access depending on the nature of the conduct. If you believe a decision was made in error, explain the circumstances in a support ticket and request a review. Account actions do not remove any responsibilities or refund obligations required by law.
If the service scope or usage rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes do not retroactively remove statutory rights that have already arisen.
