About international access

Our service, route selection and privacy boundaries.

Y9VPN is an international network acceleration service for people who need access to international websites, AI tools or streaming. It covers 90+ countries and offers 160+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux and unlimited devices online at once. Before choosing a plan, check the regional requirements of the services you want to use, then compare plans against your data needs.

Choosing routes and resolving issues

Choose routes based on your actual network environment, not geographic distance alone. Direct, relayed and dedicated routes suit different situations; peak-hour performance also depends on your local network and the destination service. Start by choosing an appropriate exit region, then test the connection and your usual tasks. No single route is the right choice for every situation.

If you run into an issue, check the Help Center for your client, subscription status and route settings. If the problem persists, use the support ticket panel and include your platform, selected route and any error message. Do not include your password or full subscription URL. Plan pricing and data rules are listed on the plans page. The service offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund.

Privacy and data minimization

Assess privacy based on information you can verify, not just a “no logs” label. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. For details on what information is collected, used and retained, refer to the Privacy Policy. A short label should not be taken as a promise beyond what is stated. When using public networks, also review website permissions and protect your accounts. When reporting an issue, share only the information needed to troubleshoot it.
